Here is the thing, I have very conflicted feelings about this kid. On one hand he is a cute little brown butterball, then you see him smoking with such proficiency and I'm thinking "Yo this kid is a G". Then you think about the side effects that this can have on his health. Its clear that he is already down the road to sumo greatness, but also as the doctor said in the piece his lungs are still developing. It's strange how this riveting story is all types of wrong and all types of right at the same time.
