So once again people are bring investigated for instigating a "fight club" esque thing between mentally hadicapped people. Unlike the previous time, this is more like a cock fight or dog fighting. These people were forcing these kids to do this as to the other situation was voluntary between the patrons (i think). This is NOT what...you know what is about.
