You know when you just hear certain songs and you are just automatically transported to a certain age, a certain time, a certain spot? That's how I feel about Soul II Soul's music. The other day my mother, brother and I were all in the living room watching music videos and cracking jokes. Then all of a sudden "Keep on Moving" came on and we all let out a collective "OHHHHH". Then my mother started telling stories about where she was and what she was doing in the era this song was out. I automatically remember being 4 or 5 years old driving in the back of my parents Corsica, like I so clearly remember it, its freaky. That's good music for ya.
