Ummm yeah. So apparently Wesley "Taxes? What Taxes!?" Snipes will take on the role of the late great James Brown in biopic directed by Spike Lee. But to alleviate some of our pain Wesley will not sing. “I want to hear James Brown’s voice. That’s just my personal taste,” Lee told MTV News. “I know Joaquin Phoenix in ‘Walk the Line’, he did some of the singing. I’m a purist.”
. I dont know what to think of Wesley playing James Brown. I dont know who else could play him though. I mean my mind automatically goes to Samuel L Jackson, cause well I that's just how my mind works.
